Beatriz Rodriguez is responsible for the strategic future direction and end-to-end integrated delivery of the Bayer Talent Management strategy and philosophy in addition to leading Group DE&I Strategy and Commitments. In this role, she works across markets and divisions globally on significant aspects of the employee experience: Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Executive Development and Succession planning and transforming to a future skills-based organization, all powered by intuitive technology and a talent insights framework. Prior to this role, she was the Chief Operating Officer for HR, leading all aspects related to Human Capital and Technology at Baker Hughes, an Energy Technology company that spun off from GE. While at Baker Hughes, she enabled the HR transformation operating model, reshaped Global HR Services and Operations and built the technology roadmap to evolve employee experience in a contemporary and sustainable way by optimizing the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding across geographies, regions, and countries. In her almost 20-year career at GE, Beatriz achieved results in a broad spectrum of HR business leadership and functional roles across different geographies and industries, including GE Capital Financial Services, GE Corporate and GE Oil & Gas. She has expertise in leading P&L’s and business transformation, organization, talent and people strategy as well as M&A having worked on teams in Asia, Belgium, Russia/CIS, Brazil and several European countries. Beatriz speaks five languages and earned a double bachelors in Psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain and Universite of Picardie Jules Verne, France as well as a masters degree in both Industrial Labour Relations at Sagardoy Lawyers University, Spain and Finance at San Pablo University/IEP, Spain. She is also a certified Executive Coach which is one of her greatest passions. She is originally from Spain and currently lives in the UK with her partner and their two children.
