During her tenure as a Human Capital Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, Bo collaborated closely with top-tier executives of Fortune 500 companies, spearheading large-scale talent transformations that translated into tangible business outcomes. Notably, she played a pivotal role in establishing Deloitte’s Global Skills Methodology, streamlining the process of crafting skills-based organizations for clients.
Transitioning to the forefront of European FinTech, Bo served as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, where she led initiatives such as Agile Ways of Working and driving the company’s Future Skills agenda.
At The Josh Bersin Company, Bo is a keynote speaker, trusted advisor, and catalyst for business development across the EMEA region. Bo’s professional journey has taken her across global hubs such as Amsterdam, New York, Cape Town, and Copenhagen before landing in The Hague, Netherlands.
She holds a master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Leiden, and Bo is also a certified SAFe Agilist. Bo is a faculty member of the HR Leadership Master’s Program, offered in collaboration with IE Business
