Jointly with the global Viessmann family she is eager to co-create on “people products” along the employee lifecycle with a core responsibility for people and leadership development as well as for performance management and rewards.
Previously, Carolin worked with Allianz and Siemens in various positions as well as with McKinsey – always with a strong people focus whilst developing future-ready workforces, organizations and ecosystems in the context of transformation and structural change.
