Caroline is an experienced HR and Transformation professional. Caroline joined esure as CPO at the start of 2020 and leads on all aspects of People across the organisation as well as Business Readiness, Process redesign and the People Value Stream within the Transformation programme.
Prior to joining esure, Caroline held several generalist and specialist HR roles across Finance, Education and FMCG including at Lloyds Banking Group, Pearson where she was SVP HR Operations, Managing Director Global HR Services and Group HR Transformation Director at BT and worked at PepsiCo and Accenture.
Caroline holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bristol University. She lives just outside London with her husband Adam and 2 children, Amelie, 17 and Luca, 13.
