Charlotte is Director for Hogan Assessment at Summit. She is responsible for all Hogan related activities in Summit covering Hogan advisory, Hogan certifications and Hogan Consultancy Services in Scandinavia, Benelux and the Baltics. Always with an anchor in Human Resources, Charlotte’s 25-year professional career span several international companies and global HR leadership positions. Most recently within the MedTech and IT industry. She has worked within the field of assessments since 2004 with clients like large European institutions and large private global companies. Charlotte holds an MBA and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
