Cheryl Johnson is Betterworks Chief Product and Technology Officer. Prior to serving as Vice President, Engineering at Betterworks, Cheryl was instrumental in driving tremendous growth as a top-level executive at Salesforce. While there she grew its nonprofit and education business to hundreds of millions of users in 4.5 years. She also successfully piloted products for healthcare startups Curve Health and Thrive Global. Cheryl is also committed to diversifying the C-suite across the tech industry. As a certified executive coach, Johnson is dedicated to empowering women and other underrepresented engineers to maximize their leadership potential.
