Chris Dobyns served as the manager of the Office of Human Resource Strategies at the National Security Agency. Chris joined the National Security Agency shortly after 9/11, and has helped steer the agency through various pay and compensation reforms during a period that has seen some of the most dramatic hiring and changes in the NSA’s history. Chris is a regular presenter on topics of pay, recognition, and incentives, and he has provided briefings to high-level audiences including agency senior management, the undersecretary of defense for intelligence and the U.S. Department of Defense, and audiences from other intelligence community agencies.
