He is passionate about empowering HR teams to own real and measurable business impact fueled by expertise, data-driven insights and business consulting skills. As a Senior Executive of HR Christoph gained hands-on experience in strategizing, implementing and leading multiple global HR teams covering a wide variety of the HR profession.
He brings in more than 30 years of professional experience in human capital. In his previous roles, Christoph was SVP at Royal Philips. He held several Global HR Business Partner positions and set up and led multiple global expertise and service team in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and People services. He had various HR transformation programs in his scope, including multiple HR system implementations.
At Josh Bersin Company Christoph is a Senior Advisor for the EMEA based clients. In this role, Christoph works with our clients and prospects on advisory projects, senior executive/c-suite engagements and keynote speaker at conferences and universities. Christoph also contributes to our research projects, such as the Systemic HRTM study, bringing in his wealth of practitioner experience in HR transformations and Leadership roles.
Originally from Germany, Christoph lives and works in the Netherlands and has a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany.
