Prior to this, Claire led the global work transformation initiative “How We Work” at Twitter with the mission of making it easy to work effectively at Twitter. Previously, she held various positions in learning and transformation in tech, higher education and consultancy. Claire holds a BA in Business + Politics from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching + Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, a Future of Work qualification from London Business School and an Integral Facilitator qualification from Ten Directions.
