Clare has a masters degree in Civil Engineering with Management from the University of Leeds, and is a chartered engineer and fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineering (FICE, CEng), she is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (FCIPD) as well as being a certified Project Manager (PMP).
