Started his career in the automotive industry, where he served in different roles, such as Strategy Development, Country HR and later, People & Culture manager for Europe, based in Germany. In 2011, Claudio started at IKEA Industry, as People and Culture manager for the Flatline division, which integrates 9200 co-workers, 23 production units with representation in Europe, China, Russia and US. Before taking his current role as Head of Talent Management for Ingka group, Claudio also led the roles of People & Culture manager and Business development at IKEA Retail Portugal. Ingka consists of 170.000+ co-workers, 392 IKEA stores across 32 markets. Each year, Ingka welcomes 657 million visitors to these stores, and we have more than 4.3 billion visits to IKEA.com.
