Daghan Or is a client service Partner, responsible for delivering the best teams, ideas, and
technologies to help clients build trust in their businesses and solve important business
problems in the areas of finance, taxes, deals, technology, digital products, talent and more.
Daghan is also a Partner in the Products & Technology team, with responsibility in leading
teams that build digital products for PwC and clients.
Previously, Daghan served in various roles within PwC, including as a partner in the National
Office solving complex financial reporting issues. He also served two years as a Practice Fellow
at the Financial Accounting Standard Board (FASB). Daghan also led the Access Your Potential
(AYP) initiatives in the Greater Boston Area whereby he and his team provided technology
education to thousands of underserved students.
Daghan was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. As a child, he moved around every few years
which gave him the opportunity to experience different cultures. After college, Daghan served in
the Turkish Navy for one year. Daghan joined PwC Turkey in 1999 and moved to PwC US in
2001. Today, after almost 20 years, Daghan calls the US his home. Daghan is married and has
three kids, and they love traveling as a family. In his free time, Daghan enjoys running, biking,
cooking, and tinkering with technology.
