Danny Wilks joined ServiceNow in October 2021 and is Area Vice President for the company’s Employee Workflow (Experience) business unit across Europe, Middel East and Africa. In his role, Danny leads an organization of Subject Matter Experts who focus on defining compelling employee experiences and associated business processes for customers, across all industry sectors. His mission is to drive the continued growth of the Employee Workflow business in EMEA, working alongside senior customer stakeholders, business partners and the wider ServiceNow organization, as an executive sponsor to help ensure client success.Danny has over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. Before joining ServiceNow he was part of the Executive Leadership Team at IBM, where he helped customers recognize the value of technologies, including hybrid cloud, data and AI. He is energized by the opportunity to help clients and his own teams develop their visions and realize growth.
