Danny is a Innovation Manager/Lead Inventor at ?What If! he brings with him a multi–design discipline and experience in helping many organizations in their journey to experiment, de-risk, test and prototype new products, services and experiences in culture, employee experience and future innovation. Danny’s mantra is: human first, experience focused, enabled by technology and data, he believes that for any problem good design is the answer so long as the solution is human centric and led with compassion. Understanding the past, future behaviours and experiences and really using technology as one of the enablers for true change. Outside of work you can find Danny testing out applied behavioural science and using immersive experiences design; he also hosts a podcast and is a Co-Founder of a start-up called Venndorly.
