Darren Crowder is the EMEA Head of Field Innovation for iCIMS. He advises companies on how to drive their business forward with industry-leading innovations such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. Prior to his role at iCIMS, he served for four years at TIBCO as part of Vista Private Equity in the EMEA Leadership Team. He has also played a pivotal role throughout his career advising other Private Equity companies on M&A activity having successfully exited several companies. With over 14 years of prior experience at SAP SE, Mr. Crowder held numerous executive leadership roles from leading business development to solution management. His last position at SAP was CTO for Northern EMEA. Before SAP, he worked at BEA Systems, Microsoft and Borland International.
