Didier Kayat graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) in 1987 and began his career in multinational companies.
In 1993, he founded a strategy and organization consulting firm, which included DAHER among its clients.
He joined the DAHER Group in 2007 as Director of Marketing and Development, then Director of Strategy and M&A from 2009.
In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Group and President of the Nuclear & Energy and Goods divisions. Then in January 2015, he became Chief Operating Officer.
On April 1, 2016, Didier Kayat was appointed Chief Executive Officer of DAHER.
