Dr. Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks is a behavioral scientist and professor of management and organizations in multiple globally ranked programs at the Michigan Ross School of Business. His research focuses broadly on the human dynamics of designing and driving organizational change cross-culturally. He and his research have been featured in the TED series talks, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, NPR, The New York Times, Sloan Management Review and many other international outlets, and he is currently writing his first book on today’s session topic.
