Over the last 10 years, Edwin has been influencing and setting up Talent Acquisition standards across various organizations. He started his journey learning the ropes of Talent Acquisition in the agency world in APAC and Europe to then continue the in-house adventure at Booking.com. In 2020, Edwin joined Red Bull at its global headquarters in Austria to transform the Talent Acquisition strategy and tech landscape. Later in 2022, he started his new role as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, where he and his team are currently setting up the foundation that will give wings to Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues around the world to attract and hire the best talents for the World of Red Bull.
