A leader in the area of hr technology and people analytics, Emanuele helps HR advance in the digitalization journey and uses people data to improve business decisions. He has led several digital and analytics initiatives to accelerate the implementation of the people strategy using technology and to promote the access and use of data insights within the HR organization.
After more than 10 years in consulting and various leadership roles in the Life Science industry, Emanuele joined DSM in 2018, and he is currently leading the HR journey towards becoming an insight-empowered organization.
