Fabio Fabiano joined Assicurazioni Generali Group as Head of Group HR Digital Processes in December 2017, to drive the HR Information System technology roadmap in collaboration with the HR leadership team and Group IT. His ambition is to identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HR processes and functionalities to enable Talent, Reward and People analytics solutions leveraging cutting-edge platforms. Previously he spent 2 years in Allianz Technology in Munich, focusing on process optimization, PMO for strategic projects and cross-function initiatives, 7 years in Accenture Strategy with focus on HR, Talent and Change Management topics mainly for financial services institutions.
