Fabio is head of Group HR Digital Processes at Generali, where he joined since 2017. He is responsible for the HR group’s platforms supporting about 85,000 employees in 40+ countries—driving their technology roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership and the IT function. He previously worked on project management for strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives at Allianz Technology and also spent seven years with Accenture Strategy, focusing on HR, talent, and change management topics.
