Gemma is a Solution Architect within Alight’s Global Payroll Services practice. She is responsible for crafting unique solution sets that combine Alight’s technology & services to meet client goals, with a focus on improving the employee experience and driving meaningful outcomes connected to real life.
Prior to her Solution Architect role, Gemma had over 20 years of experience in the payroll space, covering several roles including Payroll Processing, Payroll Management, and most recently served as an Application Consultant, deploying new Payroll technology and Services.
Gemma’s expertise includes crafting creative solutions to solve complex client needs with a strong focus on solving complexity around global payroll practices. Key areas of expertise include deep understanding of data, capabilities, and integration points of Alight technology and third-party solution sets.
Gemma earned a degree in Payroll Management at the University of Worcester.
