Ginni’s experience includes a Partner role at a strategic People & Culture consultancy firm, supporting early stage Venture Capital portfolios to build scalable People foundations and scaling fast-paced SaaS startups and scaleups. Ginni has a Masters in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
