Heather and her team drive global learning topics from leadership development, to design of global web-based trainings, to impact measurement of learning at scale. In her previous role in AllianzU, she led the global rollouts of LinkedIn Learning (2018) and Degreed (2019-2021) to all Allianz employees. Prior to joining Allianz SE in 2014, she completed her Master of Psychology in Learning Sciences at LMU Munich after working for the YMCA in the United States for six years.
