Ian is currently the VP of People Strategy and Operations at Synopsys, where he leads a team focused on People Analytics, People Technology, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, Employee Comms, Shared Services and People Programs. Ian has worked as a senior HR leader, a board advisor and an entrepreneur across start-ups, scale-ups and large global organizations, including Cisco Systems, Crypto.com and Insight222. Ian is passionate about HR technology and people analytics and advises various HR startups on how to use them to transform the employee experience.
