Ivana Dragić Topić recently joined Rimac as a Learning and Development Manager, when, after many years spent in retail, she decided to change professional course and accept the challenges coming from the automotive industry.
She is an HR professional, with more than 15 years of experience in the field, working both nationally, in Croatia, and internationally. Within HR, she specializes in L&D and strongly believes that learning should be relevant for business, but also fun for the learner – thus she is using new technology to improve the learner experience, making training more engaging and user-friendly.
