Jeff Schwartz

VP of Insights and Impact, Gloat

Jeff is the VP of Insights and Impact for Gloat, the world’s leading talent marketplace platform provider. Recently retired, Jeff was a senior consulting partner at Deloitte Consulting for 20 years. He is a recognized global advisor and thought leader in the future of work and the author of WORK DISRUPTED (navigating 21st century work and careers, Wiley, January 2021). Jeff is also a visiting lecturer at Cornell Tech and Columbia Graduate School of Business MBA programs and research affiliate at the Center for Collective Intelligence at the Sloan School at MIT. He has been a consulting partner for 25 years and he has extensive experience in workforce and workplace transformation, work redesign, and human capital issues in global and growth markets. He most recently led the US Consulting Future of Work research and practice; he was the co-founder and was the US lead partner from 2016-2019 for Deloitte Catalyst in Tel Aviv  (the US-Israel Innovation Tech Terminal).   

Jeff has been the global editor and senior researcher for 11 years of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report, one of the world’s leading annual reports on the future of the workforce, organizations and HR, which he started in 2011.
