Jérémie Lecha is graduated from the École Normale Supérieure de Paris-Saclay and the École des Mines ParisTech. After an initial experience in the public sector at the French Embassy in New Zealand, he joined Ernst & Young in 2011 where he worked on mergers, acquisitions, and strategy consulting in the Sydney and London offices. In 2019 he joined the Roullier Group, a global player in the fertilization and animal nutrition sector via its historic business TIMAC Agro, as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and then as head of the Group’s Administrative and Financial Department. He takes over the chairmanship of the Executive Board in September 2021, with the ambition of accelerating the Group’s development by building on its fundamentals: innovation and industrial excellence, internationalization and closer ties with farmers.
