Judith Engels is Associate Director for Digital Talent & Performance Management at Coca-Cola Europacific Partner (CCEP). CCEP is the world’s largest bottling partner of the Coca-Cola System, active in 26 countries.
Judith is responsible for defining, selecting and building enterprise wide Talent and Performance Management structures, processes and technology. As Project Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the Internal Marketplace, Judith has led the project from business case to implementation.
She has a Masters in Sociology, Economics and English. Having started her career in Talent Acquisition, Judith has held roles in Talent Acquisition strategy and technology, Learning & Development and Talent and Performance Management.
Judith is based in the Netherlands, speaks English, Dutch and German fluently and is married with two children.
