Karine Picard was born in Lyon – France, and joined a Business School in Paris. She graduated in 1994 with Majors in Accounting & Finance.
She has a strong background in Business Applications starting 25 years ago when she was implementing Financial Information systems for large French organizations. She then joined Hyperion and SAP where she was working as a Presales Manager and Senior Product Manager.
Karine has spent 13 years at Oracle where she had occupied several executive roles but in particular, leading the EMEA Strategy & Sales development team for Saas Applications. Her main mission was to accelerate Oracle‘s transformation to a Cloud Company. In 2019 she became Oracle France Country Manager.
She joined ServiceNow in early 2022 as EMEA Chief Operating Officer. In her role she is overlooking Operations, Strategy, GTM and Pipeline. She is Executive Sponsor of several large accounts in France such as BNP, EDF, THALES and ACCOR.
Karine has been living in Paris for the past 25 years and is passionate about People, Fashion, Italian Cuisine and she is extensively traveling around the world. She is practicing French boxing and Yoga to release stress and keep in good shape.
