Kate Aunaas Ingram works as Vice-President for Global Attraction & Mobility at Statkraft, the largest renewables business in Europe and headquartered in Oslo, Norway. She has been responsible for building up the Attraction and Mobility function, covering Employer Branding, Global Mobility, Early Careers programs, Onboarding and Talent Acquisition. Under her leadership, they transformed the recruitment function during hyper growth, developed the first ever employer brand, and are currently working on a global project to modernize onboarding. Previously she has, amongst other things, several years behind her working as Vice-President in HR at Orkla ASA and Talent Acquisition Manager at Coca-Cola. Prior to moving to Norway with her husband, she worked in London, UK as a consultant and grew up in Montreal, Canada.
