Kate Bravery is a Senior Partner and Global Head of Talent Advisory at Mercer. Having lived and worked in Asia, Australia, US and Europe, Kate has a global mindset and proven experience in helping organizations achieve a talent advantage through their people.
Kate also leads Mercer’s thought leadership agenda for corporate decision-makers and knowledge management function. She is passionate about providing timely insights and advice that tackles toughest people issues today, and using AI to ensure Mercer’s advisory moves at the speed of change. She is the author of Mercer’s annual Global Talent Trends report and recently co-authored the book Work Different, 10 truths for winning in the People Age.
As a corporate psychologist, Kate has a keen interest in humans @ work, and has been partnering with the World Economic Forum on matters relating to the future of work and AI. She has held office, practice and market leadership roles in various countries with deep knowledge of talent challenges in Growth Markets.
Kate holds a Master Degree in both Organizational Psychology (City University of London) and Business Management (Macquarie Graduate School in Sydney) and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She is also a Non-Exec Director at Digital Frontiers, a capacity building non-profit headquartered in Africa. Married, she has two young children with her at home in Brighton, in the UK.
