Kevin is a career TA Leader, working for some of the world’s largest brands, he specializes in transforming TA teams and cultures. He’s currently working as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at telecoms and tech firm Ericsson where he is developing the TA capability for the next generation of telecom and cloud hiring. Prior to this, he worked with software-as-a-service company Celonis to scale from 500 to 3,500 people organically in two years.
His tech roots go deep: previous roles include global vice president of TA at IBM and global TA leader at Cisco.
