He is known for energizing and creating alignment on Organization Transformation Programs, using his HR & Change Management skills to empower Leaders, Managers and Team Members on their Transformation Journey, and make concrete and significant impact at employee level. And he is also known for his ability to spread a smile, even on tough people’s face 🙂
