Kevin is the CEO and founder of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), the world’s leading human capital research firm focusing on the people practices that drive high performance.
Kevin is also the author of Culture Renovation®, which provides an 18-step blueprint on how to change organizational culture. The book has been on numerous best seller lists since it was first released in 2021, and is already on its 5th printing.
Kevin is currently on the board of directors or advisory board of: Performitiv, Guild Education, and Sanctuary.
Kevin is also on the board of Best Buddies Washington and helped establish the first office for Best Buddies in the state in 2019.
Prior to i4cp, Kevin was CEO and Chairman of publicly traded Click2learn, the first company Paul Allen founded after Microsoft. He later merged it with another public company to form SumTotal Systems.
In 2023 Kevin was awarded the Talent Development Thought Leader Award by ATD, the world’s largest professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees, improve performance, and help to achieve results for the organizations they serve.
