Kristina Tsiriotakis is the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Learning for DECIEM The Abnormal Beauty Company, where she oversees learning and organizational change across multiple countries, business units, and brands, including cult favourite, The Ordinary.
In this role, she was the recipient of 8 Chief Learning Officer’s Learning In Practice Awards across 2020 and 2021, in categories including Learning Strategy, Business Impact, and Trailblazing & Technology. She was also shortlisted for the Best Use of a Social or Collaborative Learning Technology at The Learning & Technology Awards in 2020 with Thrive Learning and was shortlisted for both Learning Leader of the Year and Learning Culture of the Year with the LPIs 2021 Learning Awards.
