As Director Operations at Cegid DACH Lars is responsible for the business and its more than 140 customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. During the past 13 years, Lars worked for different Leading HR and HR Tech vendors in different positions ranging from Sales, Solution Engineering to Operational Management.
