After successfully completing her PhD in the field of Neuropsychology, Laura worked for almost 7 years at Deloitte’s Huma Capital Consulting Practice, building and leading a People Analytics service line. During her time as a consultant, Laura developed both broad as well as deep expertise in data-driven transformation and continuous listening and supported different international organizations in establishing an impactful People Analytics Operating Model. She brings a depth of understanding of how the analysis of complex organisational and people data sets can unlock strategically relevant and actionable insights for senior leaders. Today, Laura leads DSM’s Strategy, Analytics & Employee Experience CoE. As a People Analytics Translator, she is dedicated to bringing insights and analytics to the centre of decision-making. Her work has a significant focus on empowering senior stakeholders with intuitive and actionable insights. Laura has spoken at numerous conferences and published several blogs/articles on Continuous Listening, People Analytics, and Data-Driven employee experience.
