After several years spent at the HR Lab as a consultant to major companies on their HR innovation policies, Laurène trained in professional coaching at HEC Paris. She joined CoachHub as Senior Behavioral Scientist in the Innovation Lab. She designs coaching programs aiming at unleashing employees’ potential, tailored to her clients’ HR and transformation challenges.
