Her team is continuously innovating and testing to help iCIMS customers engage and hire best-fit talent using its AI-powered hiring platform. Lena has diverse experience in the recruitment industry, AI product management, marketing, business development and entrepreneurship. She helped establish operations of one of the largest global blue-chip recruitment firms and worked across different geographies with the firm. In 2018, she joined Opening.io as one of the data science startup’s first full-time employees, helping to drive the company’s growth that led to its acquisition by iCIMS in 2020. Lena is passionate about people, technology and the arts. She writes, creates digital content and learns a new language every few years and believes in the power of teamwork and experimentation.
