Lidia leads firmwide Learning and Development for BCG’s 35000 employees worldwide. Her priorities are to:
• Build the foundations for success and rapid personal growth of every BCGer, regardless of role
• Drive firmwide accelerated organizational upskilling for critical future skills
• And future proof BCG’s L&D organization and tech ecosystem
Lidia is a member of BCG’s People Leadership Team and co-leads key people-related transformation initiatives. Before moving into L&D, Lidia was a BCG client-service Partner in the Consumer Goods and Retail Practice.
She holds an MBA from Insead and an Education Doctorate from UPenn, where her doctoral thesis focused on Happiness at Work. Lidia grew up in Austria, worked and studied in Austria, France, Japan and the US and lives in France today. Unsurprisingly given these locations, she is into skiing and mountain sports.
