Liz has over 20 years experience in behavioral change, leadership development, learning, organization development and HR. With a background in Organizational Psychology, Liz applies deep knowledge and experience to design and implement creative people solutions to enable organizational transformation and behavioral change. She has substantial experience in helping organizations to plan and deploy change by putting people at the heart of business strategy and thereby maximizing delivery of business benefits. Liz has worked at the LEGO Group for four years creating the design and implementation of the Leadership Playground which is the new leadership framework for the LEGO Group promoting behaviors of Curious, Brave and Focus and encouraging ‘Leadership for All’. More recently Liz has led the global learning and development agenda, and skill development for people and leadership globally across the LEGO Group. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Liz worked extensively with a range of international public and private sector organizations to support employee development.
