Luca Condosta currently serves as the Head of Leadership Learning Community and Head of LGBTQ+ Program at ABB. With a wealth of experience in the global finance sector, Luca has held several prominent positions within ABB’s GBS Finance, including Group Record to Report Process Owner and regional responsibilities for the Americas and North Europe of the Finance GBS centers. Luca successfully drove the setup of the Finance GBS center in Tallinn and San Louis Potosi, serving North Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining ABB, Luca honed his expertise in the oil and gas industry, holding several positions at Saipem and ENI.
