Lucie is the global employee insights lead in ING. In her current role, she is driving global employee listening initiatives and behavioral research, ensuring employee voice and experiences are informing decisions across all levels of the organization. Before joining the global people analytics team, she spent several years in HR as a reward expert and HR project lead implementing large transformation projects in the Prague office. Apart from HR, Lucie has a background in sociology and market research. Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, she is now based in Amsterdam. She has great passion for data, understanding human behavior, and creating impact on people’s lives.
