Lucile is a career, mindset and leadership coach with over a decade of experience leading Diversity and Inclusion strategies in industries spanning professional services, media and the built environment. Since 2021, she’s also been a guest Lecturer in International Business Ethics at the Institut Francais de la Mode in Paris, France. Her mission is to support women in navigating their career, develop their leadership skills and achieve their goals whilst enabling organisations to optimise their diverse talent pool. She’s a passionate advocate for women’s advancement and is deeply committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. She’s also a certified breathwork coach.
