Marcus has been working in high-tech recruitment for more years than should be remembered (he stopped counting at 20 years!), and has driven global Talent Acquisition scale at organizations of the likes of Google, Amazon and Skype during his career, which includes living and working in the UK, the US, Ireland, Switzerland and the Middle East, with a focus on transformational change management and data insights.
Marcus’ current role is with Thoughtworks, a global software consultancy, encompassing direction of a recruitment team across 20 countries while aligning senior stakeholders in best practice to ensure accelerated scale can support critical business needs across an ever-developing technical landscape.
