Margot Stoteler has been with Shell since 2019 in various OD& Learning roles and prior to joining Shell she worked in Learning & Development at Philips. Margot holds a master’s degree in educational sciences from the University of Amsterdam and is passionate about the development of others and driving business value. She is skilled in various aspects of Learning, including Learning Consulting, Needs Analysis, Learning Design, Change Management, and Communication.
