In his current role, Markus is leading a team that brings together the two elements that define Siemens: People and Technology. Previously, he transformed HR organizations and processes in various leadership positions at BASF and Accenture. His background in industrial engineering, coupled with his experience in consulting across different industries and companies, enables him to discover ways to integrate artificial intelligence and automation. These integrations aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Siemens’ People & Organization department.
