Marleen Docters van Leeuwen has been the Director of HR Technology at Ahold Delhaize since 2020. In this role, she is responsible for the HR Tech & Analytics roadmap and the functional support on global HR tools. She has been with the company for the past 9 years, always within the HR Technology domain. Marleen has played a key role in the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for 400,000 associates across 7 countries. Next to that, she has been working on setting up a global HR data lake. She is passionate about supporting all colleagues working in 7,700+ stores across US and Europe, in our Distribution Centers and headquarters. Marleen is striving to empower all associates via tools and to provide a personalized end-to-end associate experience.
