Prior to joining Recruiter.com, Matt was the talent acquisition practice leader at HR.com, where he oversaw all components of its recruiting and talent acquisition programs, including research, events and recruiter relations. He previously served as partner and Managing Editor at Recruiting Daily, a brand he grew into one of the premier media destinations in the HR industry.
Matt has served in a variety of marketing leadership roles at HR Technology companies such as the Allegis Group, SmartRecruiters and Monster. He serves as an advisor to over a dozen early stage startups in the talent acquisition industry, and has been named one of the most influential people in recruitment by publications such as the Huffington Post, HR Magazine, Forbes and the Wall Street Journal.
